Our company has used Emerald Homes several times over the past 10 years for office renovations. Work is always carried out to the highest standard of perfection & professionalism.

Due to a relocation of our Box Office Emerald Homes converted our old BO space into a meeting room which had an external state of the art media wall which has transformed the way we publicise our shows to our audiences moving away from printed materials.

We engaged Emerald Homes for refurbishment of an entire property, which hadn’t been touched for possibly 40 years or more. From the outset it was clear they were set up to handle the project properly — not just finishes, but structure, layout, sequencing and the practical realities of living in the property once complete.

Communication was clear and realistic - costs, timings and decisions were explained without sugar-coating, which we appreciated. When issues inevitably arose, they were dealt with methodically rather than reactively and there was no doubt they have extensive knowledge and experience. Considered input on layout and flow was offered that materially improved the end result compared to our original plans.

The finished property feels coherent and well thought through. Quality of workmanship is consistently high and the project was managed in a way that gave us confidence rather than constant anxiety. We got to the point towards the end where we were excited to receive updates as we knew they would inevitably come — which, on a project of this scale, was surprising we were so relaxed!!

Emerald Homes are probably not the right team for bargain hunters, but if you’re undertaking a serious refurbishment and want it handled professionally from start to finish, they delivered exactly what we were looking for and value was definitely right up there with the best we have worked with. Would highly recommend!!
